Smaller parts are subject to a comprehensive inspection by a sophisticated, computerized video measurement system. This unique non-contact unit incorporates a high-precision XYZ stage assembly with a joystick control, motorized zoom lenses, fiber-optic illuminators and a high-strength video system. ACE's commitment to quality is further demonstrated by robust test processes. For example, all MC Series shock absorbers-models 150 through 600 must pass a rod-return test. In addition, each MA shock absorber and MVC feed control is subjected to a final end test, which checks dead zone and time through-stroke parameters.
